We are looking for a highly qualified data engineer specialized in data engineering solutions, with proven experience in ETL projects and pipeline development using services like IBM DataStage. If you are passionate about technology, have knowledge of data architecture, and have practical experience in implementing these components, this is the ideal opportunity for you.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Main activities:

Develop robust data pipelines for the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of large volumes of data, focusing on data integrity and quality.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to understand business requirements and propose appropriate data solutions.
Monitor and optimize the performance of data processes in pipelines to ensure efficiency and reliability.

Requisitos e qualificações

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Completed higher education in the field of Information Technology or a Postgraduate degree in the area;
Desirable Postgraduate degree and/or Certifications/Specializations in the field;

Expected Competencies:

Solid experience in DATA BRICS for ETL development.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven experience in conducting meetings.
Track record of successful project leadership and team coordination.
Solid knowledge of Software Engineering.
Experience in Project Management Methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Scrum).
Solid competency in Business Process Modeling with BPMN.
Deep experience in Requirements Discipline and Requirements Documentation.
Proficiency in Data Modeling and Relational Databases.
Familiarity with tools such as SQL Developer, DBeaver, etc., for database access.

DESIRABLE TECHNICAL SKILLS (DIFFERENTIATORS):

Extensive familiarity with other relevant tools or technologies for ETL and data engineering.
Advanced experience in version control systems, SQL, T-SQL, Java, among others.
Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins.
In-depth knowledge of performance analysis (Tuning).
